Hello All. I've decided to start a plus size blog dedicated to all those who feel that plus size isn't "what's in" and to all those whom doubted plus size women in all the worlds that exist.

Whether it be thru every art outlet that exists: Fashion, Interior Design, Paint, Music, Poetry, Sex, Song...etc we have something valuable and unique to bring to the table.

A moment of inspiration!!!

SO!

I was looking at my Facebook statuses and saw how everyone was making a healthier move in their lives. My US RIGHT HERE!!! MAN OH MAN!!! WE ARE MAKING A KILLING…we haven’t just managed to lose the weight, but we are KEEPING IT OFF!

It’s like a WAKE UP AMERICA THING!

I AM SO PROUD OF US RIGHT HERE!

It takes a lot to time…dedication…soul searching and discipline to get to where we are now!

Just thought I should highlight where we came from.

Tina Taboh

She has lost 95 lbs!

She started at 310lbs and now she is 215!!!

Her goal is to become 180lbs and still remain healthy, curvaceous, and FAB!

Bree Roberson-Canning

As of now, she 109 of her 180 day journey!

She has lost 48 lbs!!!

She still got her curves and is loving everyday of her challenge.

Then there is me….Big Ole Me.

I have been up and down on my weight loss plan, but on July 8th when I decided to take it serious I started at 299lbs now I am down to 254lbs! That’s 45lbs I have shed in the last  6 ½ months.

I am very proud of myself because my persistence hasn’t always been consistent, but when I took a long look at myself in the mirror, I thought about the weight complications that could ensure being in a family where diabetes, arthritis, and other disease run rampant!

Feel free to ask us how we got where we are.

I know that Bree is has a very comprehensive way of losing weight…I am sure Tina does as well. I still am trying to find my niche for what will be a permanent lifestyle change. But I know one thing that always helps me

1. Take the stairs everywhere.

2. Walk a bit faster wherever I go

3. Water and Water often

4. Six Small meals a day

5. Working Out (my regiment changes every so often.

We still have a journey to continue. BUT WE WILL FOREVER LOVE AND KEEP OUR CURVES!!!
